Before purchasing a coaching package at Bring You Health and becoming a client, you must agree to the following Personal Training Policies and Agreements.
Refund of a Coaching Package/Session
The client(s) and coach can cancel the agreement for any reason at any time. In either case, the unused balance will be refunded to the customer within three (3) working days.
Expiry Date of a Coaching Package
There is no expiry date for any coaching package and/or for any number of sessions. However, for better health, body composition, and performance, we strongly suggest a client(s) should exercise three times per week with us.
Cancellation of a Coaching Session
Both a client(s) and a coach can cancel only one session for free out of 12 sessions at least 30 and 15 minutes before the start of the session, respectively. For all other sessions, if the client(s) or coach cancels a session with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the session will be cancelled without a refund or giving the client(s) a free session.
Scheduling or Rescheduling a Coaching Session on the Same Day
Sessions will only be scheduled/rescheduled on the same day in less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice if the client(s) and coach are both available and can both agree on a time.
Length of a Coaching Session
Each coaching session takes sixty to ninety (60 to 90) minutes. The coach may opt to vary the length of each session at his/her discretion.
By purchasing a coaching package, the client(s) is making a commitment to his/her/their health. The client(s) should follow the program and instructions of the coach to the best of his/her/their ability to maximize his/her/their results and avoid any injuries.
Remember, the ultimate results are up to the client(s). The coach will show the client(s) how to work his/her/their muscles correctly and encourage him/her/them to go to his/her/their safe limit, but the client(s) is the only one who can make sure he/she/they works out consistently, eats properly, gets plenty of sleep, and lives a healthy lifestyle.
Stopping an Exercise(s)
The Client(s) may refuse or stop any exercise for any reason. It is the client’s(s’) responsibility to notify the coach of any discomfort or pain arising from or during exercise, as well as, any and all other known limitations the client(s) has or experiences so that the coach may accommodate the client(s) and substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group(s).
The client(s) by purchasing every coaching package acknowledges and agrees that the coach acted professionally in all prior sessions.
Passport Bio-Data Page/ID
A valid copy of the client(s) ID/passport biodata page with the signature of the client(s) must be provided after signing the contract.
The agreement will be valid from the date of signing until further notice. Any new changes to this agreement will only apply after a client purchases a new coaching package, not during his/her/their current package. And the client(s) will be notified of any changes in advance and before purchasing a new coaching package.
Payment must be made in one lump sum in advance.
